So I’m starting this new thing on my blog, because sometimes my brain does not want to cooperate with my blogging needs and goes on a strike on Fridays. So let me introduce you the ‘Forward Friday’ (a.k.a. FF) post. Every Friday, I’ll be posting the best forwarded email I received during the week, could be a funny one, could be a sad one, could be so bad that you just gotta see it!
This one I got from a friend at work, got it on Monday but ended up watching it on Thursday. (Don’t ask, crazy busy week at work.)
Hope it makes your Friday go by faster so you can enjoy your weekend! (And this weekend being specially long… Happy Labor Day Weekend!)

I just googled the weather in Vegas and heavens to Betsy – I’ve been reading this book about old slangs and this one applied to this case, ha! Learning English, or improving it can be fun! – heavens to Betsy it’s going to be awful.
How is this fair? I guess I’ll have to stay indoors shopping, gambling or eating. I’ll sacrifice myself.
Ang commented in the previous post recommending me some good places to go for dinner – Thanks Ang! – so if you know any cool (and cheap… or not) places to go, THIS IS THE TIME TO TELL ME!! (sorry, not yelling, just really asking for recommendations!) Most likely, indoorsy places to go, boooooooo!
I’ll be posting pics on Monday… stay tuned.

Ok, ok, I’m a very busy girl and I know I shouldn’t be blogging more than 2 posts per day but I couldn’t help it.
I was browsing the web and looking for a nice 1st birthday gift for a friend’s little daughter and I came across to this site.
I was going to buy a $18 gift and then…
Do you see what it says at the bottom?

I’m almost there, I just need to spend $157 more to get it!
What? Don’t you want free shipping?!!
Editor’s note: Just an FYI for everyone, because I think there are people that could spend A LOT of money for things they don’t need… I was kidding! I ended up closing the page without buying a thing. Just in case you’re wondering if I’m mentally healthy… yes I am! I’m a shopper but I’m not crazy (or rich, for that matter)

So my boss left for vacations this week. And it is a very busy week. I’m glad she trusted me so much that she thought we will be alright until she comes back next Monday.
However, I have to warn you that I might slack on the blogging thing this week, plus J and I are addicted to ‘Lost’ now, so I barely have time to go potty. (Seriously)
Anyway, just wanted to let you all know so you don’t expect any awesome post or anything!!

PS. Happy birthday Nyssa! I miss you

This is the recycling station right outside our offices.
And yes, what you see there is a beer bottle.
Cheers to the brave dude!

I found this test @ Angilio’s blog, which is one the latest coolest blogs I’ve read lately. I’m passing it on to you guys so you see how international you are
I considered myself pretty international – not for traveling but for socializing with lots and lots of foreigners and because I’m one of them myself – but this was a wake up call. Ha! I scored 9 points.
What was your score?

I’ve heard of ‘Lost’ but I never had any interest in watching it.
Jeremy wanted to watch it because he’s heard it’s pretty good so we rented the first season.
It’s now 1:15am and we cannot stop watching it! We’re now in the second disk of season one.
What season are they on right now?

Remember about the high heels day? (more like dressed up day)
Well…
And can you guess who I was going for??
Ok, if you said Audrey Hepburn YES you’re right! I was going for that. But nobody guessed her, they kept guessing Jackie Kennedy, which is still great. They both are stylish and pretty!
Either way, it was a fun Friday and it made the day seem shorter.
… I think Penny liked my outfit too!
